3. Detach the Thermal Transfer Ribbon from the Print /Encode Unit.
4. Remove the Cleaning roller from the Print /Encode Unit.
5. Wash the Cleaning roller with running water.
6. Install the Cleaning roller to Print /Encode Unit after drying.
