hasarawvalue(definedbythemanufacturer)andanormalizedvalue.

Spin Up Time
Theaveragetimeittakesthespindletospinup.SinceaSSDhasnomoveableparts,
thisattributereportsafixedrawvalueofzero(0)andafixednormalizedvalueof100.
UsetheRawvalueforthisattribute.
Start/Stop Count
ThistypeofeventisnotanissueforSSDs.However,harddiskdrivescanexperience
onlyafinitenumberoftheseeventsand,therefore,mustbetracked.Thisattribute
reportsafixedvalueofzero(0)andafixednormalizedvalueof100.UsetheRaw
valueforthisattribute.
