Before starting setup
The required preparation before the setup is described here.
Important You can set up OS on the internal hard disk drive only. OS setup on the external
storage is not supported.
2.2.1
Preparation for hardware
The location of components that are required for setup or confirmation is as shown in the figure below.
1. If the System POWER LED is on, shutdown the OS.
2. Pull the power cords of both CPU/IO modules out of the outlets while the System POWER LED is
not lit.
Install one hard disk
drive in this slot.
