4 Feature Operation
This chapter describes how to login/logout, how to input
characters and make a call, put a call on hold, etc.
Login
When login mode is activated, the telephone prompts
for Login ID and Password. When the telephone starts,
Login Mode is activated.
(1) Enter Login ID and press the Set softkey.
(2) Enter a password and press the OK softkey.
(3) If the Login ID and password is accepted, the
display changes to normal idle status. The
telephone is logged in.
Logoff
The terminal, which is operated with Login Mode, can
log out. The following is an example fore the
ITK-8TCGX terminal. If sing the ITK-8LCX terminal,
apply the programmable key.
(1) When login Press system softkey

(2) Press system softkey Prog.
At initial setting, enter the extension number
as the Login ID.
A maximum of 16 characters can be entered
for the Login ID.
If you enter an incorrect Login ID and
Password, the normal screen is not displayed;
the display returns to the Login screen.
Enter the correct Login ID and Password.
