Answer to a Call With Preset Answer
(1) The Ringing and the Call Indicator lamps flash.
(2) Lift the handset.
The Call Indicator Lamp goes off.
Cancel Preset Answer
(1) While Answer key lamp lights red, press the
Feature key.
Feature key lamp lights red.
(2) Press the Answer key.
The Feature key lamp goes off.
The Answer key lamp goes off.
Switching Voice from Handset to
Speaker (Listen-Only)
You can change the telephone to “listen-only” during
the call in progress. You can hear the caller's voice
from the speaker on the telephone when you place the
handset on-hook.
Hear Caller’s Voice from the Speaker
(1) With a call in progress, press the Speaker key.
The Speaker key lamp lights red.
(2) Replace the handset.
You can now hear the voice of calling party from
the speaker.
Restart Talking
(1) While receiving a voice from the speaker, lift the
handset.
The Speaker key lamp goes off.
Talking Handsfree
You can dial or answer a call without lifting the handset.
Set Handsfree
(1) Press the MIC key or the MIC softkey.
The MIC key lamp lights red.
Cancel Handsfree
(1) Press MIC key or the MIC softkey.
The MIC key lamp goes off.
Make a Call Handsfree
(1) MIC key lamp is goes off, press the Speaker key.
The Speaker key lamp lights red.
(2) Dial the desired number.
(3) The called party answers.
❍ Press MIC key or the MIC softkey.
The MIC key lamp lights red.
❍ Talk toward the MIC.
Answer a Call Handsfree
(1) The Call Indicator Lamp flashes.
(2) Press the Speaker key.
❍ The Speaker key lamp lights red.
❍ Talk toward the MIC.
