TO ANSWER A VOICE CALL
HANDS-FREE
STEP 1: Receive an incoming Voice Call.
STEP 2: Press the Mic soft key or key. An LED
lights.
STEP 3: Respond the call with hands-free.
AUTOMATIC INTERCOM
To Initiate
STEP 1: Lift the handset or press key.
STEP 2: Press the AICM key.
STEP 3: Hear a ringback tone.
To Answer
STEP 1: The AICM key flashes red indicating an in-
coming intercom call.
STEP 2: Press the AICM key, lift the handset or press
key, the LED lights solid green.
Note:
If privacy is required, lift the handset.

When the called station is engaged with a non-
intercom call, the called station user presses the
AICM key to answer the incoming call after plac-
ing the non-intercom caller on hold (with
key).
