STEP 3: Secretary hears a reorder tone, hangs up.
STEP 4: Boss can alternate between the two parties
by pressing key.
Option 3
STEP 1: If boss does not respond to 3 bursts of tone,
secretary presses key.
STEP 2: Secretary is connected to Trunk B.
Option 4
STEP 1: Boss presses key and converses with
Secretary. Trunk A is placed on hold.
STEP 2: Boss denies call, presses key to re-
turn to Trunk A.
STEP 3: Secretary is returned to Trunk B.
DO NOT DISTURB
While an Idle State (On Hook)
STEP 1: Press the NoDist key. LED lights.
To Cancel
STEP 1: Press the NoDist key. LED goes out.
Using Soft Key
STEP 1: Press the flashing NoDist soft key.
Note:
With soft key operation, "NoDist" flashes when
set.
Note:
NoDist must be programmed by the Telephony
Server administrator on a Programmable feature
key.
