To Set MW at Boss’s Station
Pattern1:
STEP 1: Lift the handset or press key.
STEP 2: Press the boss’ ringing line. Ask the calling
party to hold.
STEP 3: Press the MSG Wait line/feature key. No ser-
vice set tone is heard.
Boss sees the MW on display and can call secretary to
receive message.
Pattern2:
STEP 1: After taking message, press key and
receive dial tone.
STEP 2: Press the MSG Wait line/feature key. Re-
ceive a service set tone.
To Cancel At Boss’s Station
Pattern1:
STEP 1: Lift the handset or press key. Receive
a dial tone.
STEP 2: Press the Boss’s line appearance.
STEP 3: Press the MW-CANCEL line/feature key. Re-
ceive a service set tone.
Pattern2:
STEP 1: While engaged in conversation on boss’ mul-
tiline, press the MW-CANCEL key. No ser-
vice set tone is heard.

Note:
The secretary can hang up after taking a mes-
sage, and set a message lamp at any time by
going off-hook on the boss’ multiline and press-
ing the MSG Wait key.
