TO ANSWER A MESSAGE
To Display
STEP 1: The MSG key’s LED is lit. The station is an
idle state.
STEP 2: Press the MSG key.
STEP 3: Press the MSG key again to display addition-
al messages in order received.
To Respond
STEP 1: While displaying the desired message, press
key.
STEP 2: Press the MSG key. The station which left
message is automatically redialed.
STEP 3: The message is erased.
To Erase
STEP 1: To erase a message without returning the
call, press the MSG key to display the desired
message.
STEP 2: Dial # or while the message displays. The
message is erased.

Note:
If the station that left message is busy, callback or
the MSG may be set. If the station that left mes-
sage does not answer, the MSG may be set, noti-
