21-06-05 Common restriction has 10 entries
21-06-07 Each restriction table has 60 entries
Procedure
Add to Common restriction table - applied to Class 2 to 6.
1. Click on 21-xx to expand tree
2. Click on 21-06-05
3. Add new entries to restrict
4. Save changes (Apply)
5. Click 21-xx to close tree
