This section is used to configure the SATA drives.
SATA Controller(s)
Enables or disables the SATA controller.
SATA Test Mode
Enables or disables SATA test mode.
Port 2
Enables or disables Serial ATA port 2.
Hot Plug
Enables or disables hot plugging feature on Serial ATA port 2.

AUTO option disables legacy
support if no USB devices are
connected. DISABLE option will
keep USB devices available
only for EFI applications.

Auto Disables support for Legacy when no USB devices are connected.
Disabled Keeps USB devices available only for EFI applications.

This is a workaround for OSs that does not support XHCI hand-off. The
XHCI ownership change should be claimed by the XHCI driver.
