Shooting Options: The Shooting Menu
The shooting menu contains the following options.
Image mode*
Choose image size and quality.
White balance

Match white balance to the light source to record pictures with colors that most
closely resemble those in the actual scene.
* The Image mode setting is also available from other shooting menus (except the movie
menu).
Exp.
+/- (Exposure compensation)
Alter exposure
to make pictures brighter or darker.
Continuous
Change settings for Continuous
or BSS (best shot selector).
ISO sensitivity
Control camera's sensitivity
to light.
AF area mode
Choose where the camera focuses.
Distortion control
Correct
the distortion.

Tap ~ in shooting mode to display the HOME screen.
