By simply framing a picture, the camera automatically selects the optimum scene
mode for simpler shootirig.
VVhen the camera is aimed at a subject in ScE~ scene auto selector mode, the
camera automatically selects one of the following scene modes:
• Auto (~ 22) • Portrait (~ 37) • Landscape (~ 37)
• Night portrait (~38) • Night landscape (~ 40) • Close-up (~ 40)
• Backlight (~ 42)

Taking Pictures in Scene Auto Selector Mode
1 Tap the shooting mode control in
shooting mode to display the
shooting
mode menu, and tap SClNI.
The scene selection menu will be displayed.
The scene selection
menu can also be displayed
by
tapping the scene mode control in the
HOME screen, displayed by
tapping ~.
2 Tap~.
The camera enters scene auto selector mode.
