Use a blower to remove dust and
particles from the built-in lens.
- If this proves ineffective, take your
camera
to an authorized Nikon Service
Center.

Set the Main dial to L.
-Make sure that the camera's reflex mirror
is kept in the up position.
-00 not touch the shutter curtains.

Set the Main dial to any position
other than L and press the shutter
release button halfway.
-Make sure that the camera 's reflex mirror
is down in the normal position.

Set the Main dial to L and turn the
power OFF.
