Switch from Epi-Fluorescence Microscopy to Bright-field Microscopy
(1) When switching from epi-fluorescence to bright-field
microscopy, close the epi-fluorescence illumination path
shutter and block the illumination of the mercury lamp.
The shutter is closed when the [FL SHUTTER] button is
lit.

(2) Rotate the epi-fluorescence cube turret to bring turret
address 1 into the optical path. (If a filter cube is in
address 1, remove it in advance.)

(3) Press the dia-illumination ON/OFF switch to turn on the
lamp.
