6 Software Development Kit
The Software Development Kit allows access to registers controlling the laser’s
operating parameters using its Generic User Interface. For general operation it is
recommended to use CONTROL. This section’s purpose is to illustrate how to
use the Generic User Interface to set the laser’s operating parameters. Table 10
presents the registers by their function with a link to a detailed description.
Table 10 Generic user interface registers
Note: For a full description of the SDK, registers and the Generic User Interface,
refer to the NKT Photonics document: SDK Instruction Manual. The manual is in-
stalled when the SDK installer is run.
