6. At the end of the cutting operations turn the
thickness regulating knob back to ‘0’ and stop
the blade movement by pushing the 0 button.
STRAIGHT FEED SLICER FOR SAUSAGE
1. Check that the regulating knob for slice
thickness is on ‘0’;
2. Pull back the food plate completely (towards
the operator) to the loading position;
3. Lift up the food press using the unblocking
lever/s;
4. Place the cold cuts on the plate with the
ridged surface parallel to the thickness plate;
