Some troubleshooting
procedures
require
you
to
perform
work inside
the electrical
enclosure with the
power
on.
Follow
electrical
safety
procedures
and observe
all
high-voltage
indicators.
Refer to Electrical
Safety
During
Troubleshooting
and
Opening and Closing
the Electrical Enclosure
before
performing
any troubleshooting
procedure.
1. Press
the
CLEAR FAULTS key.
2. lf
the fault
disappears
and the unit
appears to be working
again,
you
may
have an intermittent
problem.
Repetitive faults
in the same zone
indicate
a
problem
with
the circuitry
in that zone
or an intermittent
RTD failure.
Electrical
noise from DC-drive
motors may cause
the
triacs that
control heater
power
on the
power
board
to close
independent
of the control
system. Take
the following
steps to
troubleshoot
i ntermittent
over-temperatu re faults:
a.
Check
your
operating
temperature
setpoints
to make sure they
haven't been
changed.

the FAULT light
