Using the Callers List
The Callers List logs all incoming calls. The Callers List can store up to
100 entries. When the list is full, the oldest entry is overwritten. Use the
Callers List to review missed calls and make a call, if desired. The Callers
List contains the following components:
the caller’s last and first name (if available)
the DN of the caller
the time and date of the call
the number of times the caller called
Note: If the caller name is not defined, then only the telephone
number is displayed.
Callers List entries are sorted by call arrival time.
The format of names in the Callers List depends on the configuration of
Preferred Name Match. The Calling Party Name Display (CPND) appears
according to the configuration settings on your IP Phone if Preferred
Name Match is active on your IP Phone. If Preferred Name Match is off,
the CPND appears as determined by the system configuration.
To access the Callers List, press the Directory key, and select Callers
List. If password control is enabled, you must enter your SCPW at the
prompt.
