OPERATING FUNCTIONS
n Pressure Cook Function
High Pressure
(Soup/Broth, Meat/Stew, Rice, Multi Grain, Porridge & Manual)
These programs will allow food to cook faster under pressure
by reducing cooking time up to 70% compared to traditional
cooking methods. Pressure cooking is fast, easy, safe and healthy.
• Low Pressure
Allows you to cook delicate foods like eggs, fish, pasta, vegetables
and seafood which do not take long to cook.

1. Before each use, make sure the silicone gasket and the pressure regulator valves are clean
and properly positioned in/on the cooker.
2. Connect the unit to a wall outlet using the power cord and turn on the switch. The unit will
beep and screen will light up.
3. Place the inner pot into the cooker, and add the ingredients following your recipe. When
cooking foods under pressure, a minimum of 1 cup (250ml) of liquid is required.
NOTE:
Do not fill the pot more than 2/3 full with food and liquid. Do not fill the pot more than
½ full when cooking foods that expand during cooking.
