Datamax Pro Plus
Oceanic recommends that you continue to have this inspection performed ev-
ery year to ensure your Pro Plus is working properly. The costs of annual in-
spections are not covered under the terms of the 2 year limited warranty.
NOTE: Annual inspections are only performed by Authorized
Oceanic Dealers and are not performed by the factory.
TO OBTAIN SERVICE
Take your Pro Plus to an Authorized Oceanic Dealer or send it to the 'nearest'
Facility listed on page 77. When shipping your Pro Plus be sure to:
• Send only the Pro Plus with hose (do not attempt to remove the hose).
• Package it using a protective cushioning material.
• Include a legible note stating specific reason for return, your name, street
address, daytime phone number, serial number, and a copy of your origi-
nal sales receipt and Warranty Registration Card.
• Send freight prepaid and insured to the nearest Oceanic service facility.
• Non-waranty service must also be prepaid (call for an estimated cost).
• If you are sending the unit to Oceanic USA, call Oceanic Customer Ser-
vice or email service@oceanicusa.com to obtain an RMA number.
• Record all dive data in the Log or download the data in memory. All data
will be erased when your Pro Plus receives factory service.
