  To resolve a feed or exit jam on your Oki Printer, remove the tray and clear any misfed sheets. Open the top cover, carefully lift out the image drum (with the toner cartridge), and remove any jammed sheets from the paper path. Re-install the image drum with the toner cartridge, close the top cover, and latch it closed. The printer will warm up and start printing. If the paper edge protrudes from the exit, reinstall the image drum, close the top cover, and switch the printer on. Remove the jammed paper when the exit roller rotates. If you still can't remove the paper, contact a service representative.
