Note 1: Paper that has been stored at an appropriate temperature and humidity should be used for the
paper cassettes.
Note 2: The paper guides and stoppers of the paper cassettes should be adjusted so as that there is no
space between them and the paper for which they are used, and should not be so strongly pressed
against the paper as to curve the paper.
Note 3: Paper should be loaded in the paper cassettes so as not to lie beyond the inverted delta symbol
marked on each paper guide of the cassettes.
Note 4: The paper cassettes each should not be loaded with paper sheets different in size, quality or
weight at a time.
Note 5: Paper should be removed from that paper cassette of the printer to which paper is to be added,
then thoroughly jogged together with the paper, and then loaded in the cassette together with it.
Note 6: Warps of postcards can possibly be inserted improperly from the paper cassettes. Non-warped
postcards should be used for the cassettes. Warping of postcards should be corrected to within 2
mm to be used for the cassettes
Note 7: The paper cassettes should be inserted not by pushing it with great force.
Note 8: The paper cassettes should not be slid out during the printing for which they are used.
