Status Message Help Message
This is a warning message displayed when a PDF
file is using a feature not supported by the PDF
converter loaded on the printer. The function for
detecting unsupported features comes in at several
levels, and this warning is displayed when the
level is "middle" or "low". The detection levels are
specified by PS operator.
The default setting on the standard model is "high",
so this warning is actually not displayed; when an
unsupported feature is detected, it results in a PS error.
The warning is displayed from the point when an
unsupported feature is detected until the job is
completed, with no user intervention.

Features
–
Shows the PostScript interpreter of the printer
detects insufficient job processing memory.
PS Memory Overflow
–
Shows the image drum of the printer is near the end
of its life, where the printer can continue printing
until a life error with the image drum occurs. The
printer placed in this state with NearLifeLED set to
Disable does not light its Atten LED.

Near Life
–
Shows the fuser unit of the printer is near the end of
its life. The printer placed in this state with NewLife-
LED set to Disable does not light its Atten LED.
Fuser Unit Near Life
–
Shows the transfer belt of the printer is near the end
of its life. The printer displaying the message, which
is a notification, does not pause printing. The printer
placed in this state with NearLifeLED set to Disable
does not light its LED.
Belt Unit Near Life
–
Shows the waste toner box of the printer is near
full. The printer displaying this message, which is a
notification, does not pause printing.
Waste Toner Near Full
–
Shows the fuser unit of the printer is at the end of its
life (a notification). Opening and closing the cover of
the printer after a fuser life error displays this state.
Change Fuser Unit
–
Shows the transfer belt of the printer is at the end of
its life (a notification). Opening and closing the cover
of the printer after a transfer belt life error displays
this state.
Change Belt Unit
–
Shows the waste toner box of the printer is near full.
With the message, which is a notification, the printer
does not pause printing.
Waste Toner Full
–
Shows the stapler of the printer is out of staples
(finisher-related).
No Staple
–
Shows the printer is empty of the toner. Opening
and closing the cover of the printer with an empty
error of the toner causes this state.
