Specifying Sender Information
Specify the fax number and sender name for
your machine.
1 Press the < SETTING > key on the operator panel.

5 Press the to select [Fax Setting] and
then press the .
6 Press to select the [Fax Number]
entry box.
7 Enter the fax number of your machine
with the numerical keypad.
8 Select [Enter] and then press .
9 Press to select the [ Sender ID ] entry box.
10 Enter arbitrary sender information.
Up to 22 characters can be entered.
Memo
 When a receiver prints faxes, sender information
entered here is printed on the top of the faxes.
