4-9 Operating procedures of CKX3-SLPIC (option)
Combining the IC ring slit CKX3-SLPIC with the objective (PLCN10X or
CACHN10XIPC) enables to perform the IC observation.
The IC observation is featured that the contrast of the observed image is
reversed depending on the focal point of the specimen.
Slide the pre-centered phase contrast slider CKX3-SLP
