5.7 Setup of the “FUNCTION SETUP” Menu

5.7 Setup of the
“FUNCTION
SETUP” Menu
This menu is used to set details of the functions of this
instrument.
To display the “FUNCTION SETUP” menu
1 Press the “MENU” button to initiate the menu
display.
2 Press “v” or “V” to select “PRINTER SETUP,”
and press the “ENTER” button.
3 Press “b” or “B” to display the “FUNCTION
SETUP” menu (see Figure 5.7).

Setting “AUTO LIVE”
This item is used to select whether to output the source
or memory image after capture.
1 Press “v” or “V” to select “AUTO LIVE,” and
press the “ENTER” button.
2 Press “v” or “V” to select either “OFF” or “ON,”
and press the “ENTER” button.
Setting “RM2 FUNC”
This item is used to set the function of “REMOTE 2”
terminal.
1 Press “v” or “V” to select “RM2 FUNC,” and press
the “ENTER” button.
2 Press “v” or “V” to select from among the settings
shown in Table 5.3, and press the “ENTER” button.
Setting “CLEAR”
This item is used to set the operation activated with the
“CLEAR” button on the front panel.
1 Press “v” or “V” to select “CLEAR,” and press the
“ENTER” button.
2 Press “v” or “V” to select from “ALL,” “PAGE,”
“PART” and “OFF,” and press the “ENTER”
button.
OFF : Outputs the memory image after image
capturing.
ON : Outputs the memory image for 2 seconds after
image capturing and then output the source image.

CAPTURE Captures an image.
PRINT Prints the picture.
C&PRINT Captures and prints a picture.
CYCLIC-C Stores images cyclically in the memory,
and feeds the page after capturing the
image of the final pointer.
CAP-STOP Stores images cyclically in the memory,
feeds the page after capturing the image
of the final pointer, and stops at the final
pointer of the last page.
BACK-SP Moves the pointer by one space
backward.
POINTER+ Moves the pointer by one space forward.
STOP Stops printing.
CAP/SRC When displaying the source image on the
monitor, the source image is captured.
When displaying the memory image on
the monitor, display is switched into the
source image.
CAP/S PAGE When displaying the source image on the
monitor, the source image is captured,
and the page is fed in the case of the final
pointer. When displaying the memory
image on the monitor, the display is
switched to the source image.
PRINT&PAGE Prints and feeds the page.
SRC&CAP While pressing the switch, the source
image is displayed on the monitor. An
image will be captured by releasing the
switch.
An image might be captured even when
the switch is pressed, depending on the
equipment connected to this instrument.
SRC&C PAGE While pressing the switch, the source
image is displayed on the monitor. An
image will be captured by releasing the
switch.
An image might be captured even when
the switch is pressed, depending on the
equipment connected to this instrument.
The page is fed after capturing the image
of the final pointer.
