23 No Unit 01 A file device does not exists where specified.

25 Unit error 0F A memory error has occurred in internal memory, in the memory card,
or in expansion data memory.
26 Command error 01 The specified area is not protected. This response code will be
returned if an attempt is made to clear an area that is not protected.
02 An incorrect password has been specified.
03 The specified program no. is an area that cannot be executed.
04 The specified area is protected.
30 Access right error 01 The access right is held by another device.
Note If PCs are used in a network, response codes other than the above may be re-
turned. Refer to the CV-series SYSMAC LINK System Manual or the CV-series
SYSMAC NET Link System Manual for response codes related to these Sys-
tems.

When a network error has occurred, it is possible to find from the response code
and the succeeding text the node on which the error has occurred.
