Muffler Assembly
Obtain the required replacement parts including a
new exhaust gasket. Install the muffler in reverse
order of removal.
1. Install a new exhaust gasket. Secure the
mounting hardware to the specified torque.
WARNING
Exhaust gas can cause severe per-
sonal injury or death. To prevent exhaust leaks,
always install a new exhaust gasket, and re-
place corroded or worn clamps, straps, and
hardware before leaks occur.
