Fault indicator
If a limit condition or error occurs during operation (Paltronic displays a code that is not 000), the status
indicator switches to the error indicator.
The following error types are possible:
ERROR
Errors that require a crane service are displayed with an error
code. The error code causing the error is displayed
(177.02B).
OVERLOAD
All types of overload that block certain crane functions. The
code causing the error is displayed (003.006), the arrows in
the main display indicate possible movements (example of
crane, also 2nd fly jib and rope winch possible).
LIMIT
Limit situations of non-permitted working ranges. The code
causing the error is displayed (081.002), the arrows in the
background indicate movements that are still possible.
INFO
This is information for the operator that does not indicate a
dangerous situation (for example, lever not in neutral position
after overload).

Graphical display of operating status
The appearance of the main display depends on the crane equipment and the operating mode. A
maximum of the following information is displayed during crane operation:
1 - Capacity indicator
Capacity of crane in % of valid load limit. The acoustic overload warning starts at 90 %, and can then
be acknowledged with OLP. At 100% the continuous alarm is output (also applies to 2nd fly jib).
