12.7 Firmware Update (KV-S5078Y / LAN
Connection)
Update the firmware of the scanner displaying the Configuration Web. Download the "Firmware Update
Tool" from the following website.
• https://panasonic.net/cns/pcc/support/scanner/s5078/fwup.html
1. Launch Configuration Web.
• For details, refer to "8.1 Launch Configuration Web" (page 76).
2. Open the [Administrator] tab.
3. Click [Firmware Update].
4. Click [Browse] under "File", and follow the instructions on screen to select the downloaded file.
5. Click [Submit].
6. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the firmware update.
