Install a surge absorber at primary side of a noise filter.
(Remarks)
Take off the surge absorber when you execute dielectric test to the machine, or it may damage the surge
absorber.

Install noise filter for signal line to all cables (power line, motor cable, encoder cable and interface cable)
Install 3 filters to the power line.
