How to Replace the Secondary Belt …
1. Jog the machine until the pick-off arm reaches the maximum forward
extension away from the magazine.
2. Remove the connecting pin.
3. Loosen the 2 adjusting/tensioning idlers.
4. Install the new belt.
5. Check to ensure the alignment of the secondary arms is top dead center
vertical.
6. If the secondary arms are not aligned, adjust use the 3 phasing bolts.
7. Jog the machine until the pick0off arm reaches the maximum rearward
extension toward the magazine.
8. Install the connecting pin.
