Product Clean Out
To clean out product currently in the machine in preparation for changeover.
1. E-Stop the machine.
2. Open the guard doors.
3. Raise the set-up arm and insert the “key” through the front keyhole slot,
through the slotted framework of the set-up arm, then through the back
keyhole slot.
4. When finished, make sure to remove the key and lower the set-up arm before
starting the machine.
Warning! Cut and Crush Hazard!
Keep clear of set-up arm when entering.
Consult the machine operations manual for proper
procedures before clearing a jam or making
adjustments.
Failure to comply could result in serious injury.
5. Remove cases from machine.
