6. The set-up arm cylinder has a sensor which triggers the set-up arm alarm.
7. The set-up arm alarm is a time-based fault alarm. If the sensor is not flagged
within a certain amount of time during operation the program will register a
fault alarm and shut down the machine.
Machine Safety Precautions
1. Always visually inspect the machine for loose or broken parts, and for
proper cleanliness and maintenance before each start up.
2. Disconnect the machine from air and power supplies before performing any
maintenance or service.
3. Always disconnect electrical power and air before removing any guards or
shrouds.
a. Never op er ate the ma chine when guards are miss ing.
b. Fol low your com pany's lock out/tag out pro ce dures.
4. Turn off and lock out the Main Power Disconnect switch prior to working on
any electrical systems.
