Pressure switch attached to
condensate line is open.
1. Check for blocked exhaust outlet.
2. Check combustion chamber pressure. (Measure the difference in
height between the condensate vessels.)

DRAIN
Float switch in condensate
collector has tripped.
1. Check for blockage in condensate system.
2. Clean condensate system.
3. Check for broken wires or bad connections.

HIGH STACK
TEMPERATURE
Flue gas sensor temperature is
above the maximum.
1. Check stack temperature in “User Menu” under “Status”.
2. Feel flue pipe for high temperature. If temp is high, clean and
inspect heat exchanger.
3. Check flue sensor and harness.
E31 INTERLOCKS OPEN
Open circuit in interlocks or high
or low gas pressure.
1. Is gas pressure within range?
2. Press gas pressure switch reset buttons.
3. Check connected interlocks.
E32 HIGH RETURN TEMP
Return temperature is above
195°F (90°C).
1. Is GEN pump operating correctly?
2. Is pump reversed?
3. Are supply (outlet) and return (inlet) piped correctly?

INTERNAL HDWRE ERROR Internal error in boiler controls.
Systematically disconnect all wires except the incoming control
power that were not supplied by the factory. If the error code dis-
continues determine which wires may be the source of electrical
noise or feedback.

RESET BUTTON ERROR
PLEASE WAIT
Reset button pressed more than
7 times in one minute.
1. Wait five minutes for the control to recycle.
2. Exercise patience when resetting errors.
