5.5.1 Product
You can now browse through the 10 products and press “Enter” to select a product.
While browsing through the products, the settings for the currently selected product are
displayed.
You can enter a product name consisting of a maximum of 10 characters. The cursor moves to
the next character each time “Enter” is pressed.
When you have selected a character, press the arrow buttons to change the symbol.
Pressing “Enter” at the desired symbol confirms it and moves the cursor to the next
character.
After confirmation of the last character, you automatically return to the “Product” menu.
5.5.2 CO
2
formula
To access the configuration options for the CO
2
formula of the c-DGM, you must select “CO
2
formula” and press ENTER.
You can change the CO
2
formula for the selected product as follows:
Use the arrow buttons to select the desired formula and press “Enter” to confirm your choice.
Here you can choose from the formula options “Standardbeer”, “Standardcola” and “Use
formula”.
The formulas “Standardbeer” and “Standardcola” are pre-programmed and cannot be changed.
The “Standardbeer” formula is set by default and coincides with the CO
2
Haffmans’ formula (see
Appendix I) in which the following fixed values are used: A=0.967; C=-10.74 and D=2617.25.
If the “Standardcola” formula is selected, a formula is used that defines the CO
2
content of cola
on the basis of equilibrium pressure.
When the option “Use formula” is selected, the option “Form.type” appears and you can choose
between “Beer” and “Cola”.
If the formula type “Beer” is selected, you can change the A, C and D factors of the Haffmans’
CO
2
formula (also see section 7.4 Compensation).
If the formula type “Cola” is selected, you can change the A, B, C, D and E factors of the CO
2
formula for Coca Cola.
To exit the “CO
2
formula” menu of the c-DGM, select “Previous Menu” and press Enter.
