Attention!
Use only low gas flows to flush the c-DGM. Use a reducing
valve while flushing the c-DGM with pressurized air and adjust
the flow by means of a flow meter to 30 l/hour.
Attention!
For an accurate O
2
calibration or gas inspection, the c-DGM
must be at the same temperature as the gas. To achieve this
let the c-DGM e.g. one night to room temperature.
Procedure:
1. Press the “Enter” button for at least 3 seconds.
The input menu is shown.
2. Press “Enter” again.
The main menu is displayed.
3. Use the Down arrow button to select the “Calibration”
menu and press the “Enter” button.
4. Select “O
2
calibration” and press the “Enter” button.
5. Select “Calibration” and press the “Enter” button.
6. The “Sensor type” is displayed.
The LHO sensor is suitable for a measuring range of 0
to 2 ppm. The WLO sensor is suitable for a measuring
range of 0 to 45 ppm
To change the O
2
unit select CUR. O
2
and press the
“Enter” button. Use the arrow buttons to change the
unit and press the “Enter” button again to confirm the
new unit.
7. Select “P-Atm”, press the “Enter” button, and the
cursor jumps to the value after the parameter “P-Atm”.
Now read the atmospherical pressure in the
calibration-room. Now set the actual atmospheric
pressure during the oxygen calibration. You can
accept the value with the “Enter” button and change
the value with the Up and Down arrow buttons. When
all the values have been set, press the “Enter” button: the value is now accepted and
parameter Zero point” is automatically selected.
