9) Push the new oxygen sensor (pos. 23) into the plunger block from the top
until it is fully seated.
10) Replace the O-rings (pos. 28 and 29) in the plunger block with new O-rings
from the oxygen sensor set and apply a light coat of silicone grease to the O-
rings.
11) Replace the O-ring (pos. 25) in the measurement chamber by a new O-ring
from the oxygen sensor set and apply a light coat of silicone grease to the O-
ring.
12) Carefully refit the plunger block with the new oxygen sensor into the c-DGM
so the light guide in the measurement chamber enters the hole opposite that
of the oxygen sensor.
Attention!
All the O-rings between the c-DGM and the plunger block
must be positioned correctly to properly seal the
measurement chamber.
13) Use the special screw driver from the oxygen sensor set to tighten the four
screws (pos. 27) crosswise and finger-tight.
14) Fit the protective housing (pos. 06) back onto the plunger block (pos. 26) by
first putting it over the handle (pos. 20).
15) Use the socket screw key from the service set to tighten the six screws
(pos. 22) finger-tight again.
