Remove the 4 fixing screws indicated in the figure
and the vacuum chamber cover.
N.B.
DURING THE REMOVAL OF THE COVER TAKE SPECIAL
CARE NOT TO RELEASE THE SPRING ACCIDENTALLY.
Remove the vacuum valve together with the dia-
phragm.
