Increase X-ray dose.
Ghosting or double exposure on X-ray image
Possible cause Remedy
Image plate exposed twice Only expose the image plate once.
Image plate not sufficiently erased Check the erasure unit is working correctly.
Inform a service technician if the problem
persists.
