Transport
Before transport, it is vital to switch off the drive and secure it so it cannot be switched on
accidentally or started-up by unauthorised persons.
Disconnect the machine from the mains.
▪ In addition, pull out the plug of the device.
▪ Disengage the universal joint shaft on the tractor.
– Before disengaging, turn the manual throttle to minimum.
Retract the cylinder

Raise the lifting device

Set the splitting blade to the top position
▪ Move the splitting blade to its uppermost position in order to protect the piston rod.

Set the timber support to the top position
▪ Swing the timber support up and secure it.

Transportation using the travel gear
Tractor travel gear
▪ Attach the towbar to the tractor.
▪ Pull in the support foot.
▪ Check tyre pressure - max 3.5 bar.
Observe the road traffic regulations when driving on public highways.
During twilight hours, in the dark, in case of fog or other reduction of visibility, a light must
be attached (e.g. magnetic holder, clip-on light, etc.).
Maximum transport speed: 6 km/h (10 km/h) - Observe local regulations.
When the machine is uncoupled from the tractor, it must be placed on a firm, level
surface.
Automobile travel gear
▪ Attach the towbar to the tractor.
▪ Connect breakaway cable or chain to the tractor.
