Part 6 Maintenance Guide
6.1 GENERAL CONDITIONS
Maintenance operations must be carried out by specialized personnel assigned to carry out this
work.
For cleaning, DO NOT use rags made of filamentary material or corrosive
products that may corrode parts of the equipment or generate electrostatic
charges.
Avoid temporary repairs. All repairs should be carried out using only genuine
spare parts.
The maintenance technician is under obligation to promptly report any
anomalies.
DO NOT allow the equipment to be used if problems of any kind are found, and restore the normal
conditions correctly or otherwise make sure that this is done.
Power-One accepts no liability if the checking and maintenance cycles indicated in this manual and
in the accompanied documentation are not complied with correctly, and when maintenance is
entrusted to unqualified personnel.
To maintain the correct working performance, have the systems checked by your installer after
about 5 years of activity.
6.1.1 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Under normal operating conditions, the product needs
no particular maintenance interventions,
though
it is nevertheless good practice to conduct a regular
series of controls, such as those listed
on the
following
table.
Maintenance operations requiring access to the
connections must be performed by the installation
technician or qualified and authorized personnel.
