conclusions, one after the other. Subject to the ascertained resistance,
the display of the measurement conclusions begins with one of the following
indicator formats:
- Measured value in Megaohm (MΩ) with two decimal places
- Measured value in Ohm (Ω) with one decimal place
- Measured value in Kiloohm (kΩ) with three decimal places
- Measured value in Kiloohm (kΩ) with two decimal places
- Measured value in Kiloohm (kΩ) with one decimal place
- Measured value in Megaohm (MΩ) with three decimal places
After this, the display of measurement conclusions starts again from the
beginning.
• To switch back to automatic measurement conclusions, hold the button
RANGE
e
pressed down for approx. 2 seconds.
Note:
If the indicator OL appears in the display
z
, the measured value is located
outside of the measurement conclusion. In this case, enter in a higher measure-
ment conclusion. With open measurement prods and automatic measure-
ment conclusion the indicator OL also appears.
Measuring diodes
Caution!
Before attachment of the measurement leads, the object being tested must
be de-energised, so as not to damage the device or the object being tested. In
cases of doubt, the freedom from energy must be proved by measurement.
