To remove the amplier control board, please proceed by
discharging the power supply as explained in chapter 3.
Remove the 3 screws higlighted in (Fig. 44).
12. Removing the K-CNTRL board:

Extract the amp board with care.
Once the control board is replaced, it is mandatory to reinstall the rmware as illustrated in chapter 8.
CNTRL Board LEDs
Go to Menu Settings amplier setting Max output
voltage and set the proper max output voltage.
Check and set the max output voltage according to the
following table
Go to: Menu Setup Service and insert the Service
password.
With a variac set the AC mains at 230 V
AC
and calibrate
the mains:
for 220/230 V AC mains press the VMains Cal HIGH and
insert the value read with the voltmeter (Fig. 45)
With a variac set the AC mains at 115 V
AC
and calibrate
the mains:
for 110/120 V AC mains press the VMains Cal LOW and
insert the value read with the voltmeter
Be careful not to modify any other parameters in the
service menu, if this happens malfunctions or dam-
age could happen!
Exit from the service menu.
Check the mains, you should read the mains voltage
with a tolerance of 5%.
Turn the amplier OFF and then ON.
Check the values of the VMains calibration shown on
the display.
