Section 5 Service Procedures
To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, explosion, serious injury or death:
Disconnect electric power to the tumbler before servicing.
Close gas shut-off valve to gas tumbler before servicing.
Close steam valve to steam tumbler before servicing.
Never start the tumbler with any guards/panels removed.
Whenever ground wires are removed during servicing, these ground wires must be
reconnected to ensure that the tumbler is properly grounded.

46. STEAM COIL
Refer to Figure 25.
a. Disconnect pipes to steam coil.
b. Remove bottom screws holding steam coil to
back of tumbler cabinet.
c. Support steam coil and remove top screws, then
remove steam coil.
47. STEAM SOLENOID VALVE
Refer to Figure 25.
a. Disconnect pipes.
b. Disconnect wires.
c. Remove valve by turning valve
counterclockwise.
Allow steam coils and valve to cool down
before attempting any service procedures.
