the cylinder motor?

motor run?
Correct the wiring
between the
cylinder motor and
control relay.
Replace cylinder
motor.

NOTE: For three phase high voltage (380 volts or
higher), the cylinder and fan motors are supplied L1, L2,
L3 through the motor relay terminals T1, T2, T3. Make
the appropriate voltage checks while doing trouble
shooting.
