3 Getting Started
3.1 TCP/IP Setup
By default PRN3006L IP address is 192.168.1.1 and Subnet Mask is 255.255.255.0. You are allow to
change the LAN setting base your network architecture. To change the PRN3006L network setting
refer to page 22 LAN Setting.
On previous chapter we have make a hardware connection setup between PC/Laptop and PRN3006L
through LAN port. Ensure your TCP/IP Protocol is set to “Obtain an IP address automatically” for
Windows OS or “Using DHCP” for macOS. PRN3006L will assign IP address to connected the
PC/Laptop.
To verify the connection between PC/Laptop and PRN3006L, you need to run command prompt and
execute Ping command to PRN3006L IP address. To execute Ping command you need to type ping
192.168.1.1 then press enter to start ping command. You will get the result as shown.
