Internal Switch Setting and Mounting the Thermostat to the Sub-base (See fig. 2)
1) Set the system switch (“heat-off-cool”) to the “off” position and the fan switch to
“Auto” (front face of the unit below the display).
2) Turn the thermostat over to expose the HG/HE (gas /electric) fan option,
and the F/C (Fahrenheit/Celsius) switches.
3) Gently move both switches to the appropriate settings (labeled on circuit board).
4) Carefully align the tabs at the top of the sub-base (fig.1) with the slots the top of the
edge of the thermostat housing (fig. 2).
5) Allow the thermostat to swing down while pressing on the lower edge until it latches.
6) Restore system power.
