9. Remove the scale card and discard it.
10. Locate the replacement scale card and screw it into
place using the screws from step 8.
11. Screw the load cell summing board in place using the
screws from step 7.
12. Reconnect the load cell summing cable from step 6.
13. Replace the load cell summing box lid and screw it in
place using the screws from step 5.
14. Replace the scale plate and secure it using the thumb
screws from step 3. The thumb screws should not be
tightened all the way, they should merely hold the
scale plate in place while still allowing free
movement.
15. Replace the glass platform.
16. Power the CubiScan 25 on.
17. Calibrate the CubiScan 25. For instructions on
calibrating the scale, see “Scale Calibration” on
page 13.
Replacing the Load Cell Summing
Board
This section describes how to replace the load cell
summing board. The load cell summing board is located
in the load cell summing box. Handle the load cell
summing board with care and avoid exposing it to static
electricity.
Items Needed
• 3/32'' Allen Wrench
• Small Flathead Screwdriver
• Phillips Screwdriver
• Replacement Load Cell Summing Board
Complete the following steps to replace the load cell
summing board.
1. Power the CubiScan 25 off.
